Lady Gaga left a Toronto hotel today but not before giving patrons a glimpse of her very cheeky side.

The pop star left staff and fellow patrons with a lasting impression after exiting the establishment in a leather bra and tights which showed off her leopard print underwear underneath.

The 24-year-old phenomenon carried a coat but resisted wearing it despite the freezing temperatures and raised eyebrows.

Gaga wore a side swept long ponytail and her trademark heel-less boots.

The Born This Way hit-maker stopped in the rain to sign autographs for fans and pose for pictures before heading to her Buffalo concert.

She covered her eyes with dark glasses and accessorised with large hoop earrings, fingerless black leather gloves and pink and purple lipstick.

Lady Gaga recently launched legal action against an London based ice cream company who are marketing a flavour made with human breast milk which they have called Baby Gaga.

Gaga, real name Stefani Germanotta, is to sue the Covent Garden outlet The Icecreamists over a product her lawyers call ‘nausea-inducing’ and ‘intended to take advantage of [her] reputation and goodwill’.

Baby Gaga, launched two weeks ago, consists of breast milk blended with vanilla pods and lemon zest.

In legal documents, the Icecreamists are accused of 'riding on the coattails' of Lady Gaga by using a waitress dressed like her to serve the product.

They are told to 'change the name of the ice cream to something which is not aurally, visually or conceptually similar to Lady Gaga' or court action will be taken.

She claims the frozen dessert is 'detrimental' to her image as it is 'deliberately provocative and, to many people, nausea-inducing'.

The store was paying women $25 for 10 ounces of breast milk before local authorities seized its supply last week after complaints from two members of the public. The council is testing the ice cream for viral infections.

Its owner Matt O’Connor insisted 'every possible precaution' was taken over the recipe. He called Lady Gaga’s legal action 'utterly ridiculous' and said he would 'fight the case to the end'.

He told the Evening Standard: 'This is a David versus Goliath battle I’m convinced we will eventually win.

'The world’s biggest superstar has taken umbrage with the world’s smallest ice-cream parlour', he added.

'As someone who has... recycled on an industrial scale the entire back catalogue of pop culture to create her look, music and videos, she might want to reconsider this allegation', Mr Connor said of the allegation they are 'riding her coattails'.

Last night at Gaga's show in Toronto she brought one of her biggest fans on stage - 10-year-old YouTube sensation Maria Aragon.

The youngster grew her own legions of fans after posting a video of herself covering Gaga's latest single Born This Way.

Gaga, real name Stefani Germanotta, welcomed the Winnipeg girl onstage at the Air Canada Canter to wild cheering from the audience.

The pair embraced, with an excited Gaga picking her fan up and twirling her around.

They sat down together at the piano, with Maria perched on Gaga's lap, to perform her toned-down version of Born This Way.

'I'm really excited that Maria is here today, because Maria represents what this song is all about,' Gaga told the audience.

'It's all about the next generation and the future and no more divisiveness.'

Afterwards, the Grammy winner handed the microphone over to the confidant youngster, who thanked her idol.

Maria made international headlines last month when her tribute to the star, a video of her sitting at her keyboard playing Born This Way, received eight million hits in just five days.

To date, it has been viewed over 17.6 million times.

Usher Is Apologetic

Usher joined Beyonce and Nelly Furtado in their shame at performing for Moammar Gadhafi. E! Online reports:

Usher is the latest star to express regret for ever taking money from coffers connected to the Libyan dictator, who has been engaging his supporters in a bloody battle against rebel forces who are trying to expel him from power.

The R&B star joins Nelly Furtado and Beyoncé in the never-again pool of artists who say they unknowingly performed for six-figure fees at private events involving Gadhafi's family and are now passing their paychecks along to good causes.

Actually, Beyoncé's rep confirmed that the pop-R&B superstar donated her $1 million to earthquake relief efforts in Haiti last year, immediately after learning of the Gadhafi connection.




"I am sincerely troubled to learn about the circumstances surrounding the Nikki Beach St. Bart's event that took place on New Year's Eve 2009, " Usher said in a statement issued Friday. "I will be donating all of my personal proceeds from that event to various human rights organizations."

According to his rep, Usher has already donated to Amnesty International and will continue to give to other human rights charities throughout the year.

Furtado admitted last week to taking $1 million for a private performance in 2007 and vowed to donate the same amount to charity.

Actress Katie Holmes yesterday filed a US$50 million (RM152.43 million) lawsuit, accusing celebrity magazine Star of libel for a cover story that falsely suggested she was a drug addict.


The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles federal court, is over a January edition of the magazine with the cover line “Addiction Nightmare. Katie Drug Shocker!”
The inside story claimed that Holmes, the wife of Tom Cruise, was “trapped in a cycle of addictive treatments”, but made no allegations of drug use. Instead it talked of counselling sessions in the Church of Scientology, according to the lawsuit.


Cruise is one of Hollywood’s leading Scientology followers.
“Star Magazine’s malicious claims about Katie are untrue, unethical and unlawful. Not only do they cruelly defame Katie, they play a cheap trick on the public, making ridiculously false claims on the cover unsupported by anything inside,” attorney Bert Fields said in a statement.


Holmes, 32, is seeking US$50 million in damages.
Star magazine, is published by Florida-based American Media Inc, whose group includes tabloid weekly The National Enquirer.

A spokeswoman for American Media said on Tuesday that the company would “vigorously defend” the lawsuit and that its attorneys “look forward to deposing Ms. Holmes about her experiences with Scientology.”


Lawyers for Holmes said the actress was forced to file the lawsuit to “vindicate her reputation after American Media refused to retract its vicious lies about her.”
Holmes’s five-year marriage to Cruise has been a frequent source of speculation in the celebrity media.


The actress said in a statement on Tuesday that “of all the fabricated stories that continue to be published about me, this instance is beyond the pale. The publisher knew this outrageous story was false and printed it anyway to sell magazines.”


Holmes made her name in the teen TV drama “Dawson’s Creek” and went on to appear in movies such as “Batman Begins”. She made her Broadway debut in 2008 in a production of Arthur Miller’s play “All My Sons”.

The fracas occurred on Tuesday evening when Bieber and Disney starlet Selena Gomez left an Italian restaurant where they had celebrated his 17th birthday.



A grim Bieber made the spontaneous gesture after he took the wheel of their vehicle and Gomez shielded her face. It was a rare outburst by the pop sensation, who is publicly unflappable and upbeat in the toughest of circumstances.

“I’m sorry,” he wrote on Twitter yesterday. “It’s not always easy but I know better than to react in anger.”

He added that life has its “ups and downs” and that he would make mistakes, but he would learn from them and try to do the right thing.

On the positive side, he told his 7.8 million followers that they had raised more than US$40,000 (RM120,000) for a charity that provides clean water in poor nations. CBS axes ‘Two and a Half Men’ after Sheen insults

Television network CBS yesterday cancelled production of its top-rated comedy “Two and A Half Men” for the rest of the season after star Charlie Sheen unleashed an expletive-filled attack on the show’s producer.

The decision came days before Sheen, the highest-paid actor on US television, was due to return to the set following his third stint in rehab in 12 months.

Production of “Two and a Half Men” was suspended in January when Sheen, 45, was persuaded to seek help after a wild 36-hour party at his home that ended with him being hospitalised.

In an interview on a syndicated radio programme and in remarks to celebrity website TMZ.com, yesterday Sheen called “Two and A Half Men” producer and co-creator Chuck Lorre a “charlatan (who) chose not to do his job,” a “piece of s***” and a “stupid, stupid little man.”

Sheen also belittled Alcoholics Anonymous and claimed he had cured himself “with my mind” after four weeks of drug and alcohol treatment at his home.




“Based on the totality of Charlie Sheen’s statements, conduct and condition, CBS and Warner Bros. Television have decided to discontinue production of ‘Two and a Half Men’ for the remainder of the season,” the network and the show’s makers said in a statement.

Sheen swiftly fired back in an open letter, given to TMZ.com, referring again to Lorre in a derogatory fashion.

“I urge all my beautiful and loyal fans who embraced this show for almost a decade to walk with me side-by-side as we march up the steps of justice to right this unconscionable wrong,” Sheen added.

Four of the final eight episodes for the current TV season, ending in May, already had been axed due to the hiatus.

“Two and a Half Men” is a huge money generator for the broadcaster and production company, and earlier this year the network said it was “highly concerned” about Sheen. CBS is a unit of CBS Corp and Warner Bros. Television is part of the Warner Bros unit of Time Warner Inc.

Throughout much of 2010, the actor was involved in a series of drug and alcohol-related incidents, and in August pleaded guilty to an assault on his now ex-wife.

But he signed up for two more seasons in May 2010, and got a pay raise that brought his salary to a reported US$27.5 million (RM83.97 million) a year for his role as hard-drinking womanising bachelor Charlie Harper, which in many ways has mirrored his real life.

Sheen appeared to be tempting fate when he told the syndicated Alex Jones Show on the radio yesterday that “I was told if I went on the attack, they would cancel the show.”

He also made a dig at his producer’s Jewish background, calling him “Chaim Levine.” Lorre was born Charles Michael Levine. He could not be reached for comment.

In remarks later to TMZ.com, Sheen was quoted as saying of Lorre, “I violently hate Chaim Levine. He’s a stupid, stupid little man ... that I’d never want to be like.”
